This is cruel as fuck. This guy got lucky and made the most of his accidental freedom and started a better life. He reformed the way one is supposed to reform when going to prison. Then they come after him saying they made a mistake and he has to go back to prison? That should go under cruel and unusual punishment and this man should be let free. Not to mention that 98 years for two armed robberies seems a little excessive, especially if he reformed himself in eight. I don’t trust lawyers, I don’t trust cops, and I sure as shit don’t trust the legal system. Best to not get caught for anything.
